Do Credit Packs expire?
No. Credits bought in Credit Packs never expire. Subscription credits have a separate validity period. Check your plan and credit details for their expiration dates.

What is the refund policy?
To request a purchase refund, email [email protected] with your account email and a brief explanation. We evaluate requests within 2 business days. If a significant portion of your credits has been used, the refund is calculated based on the remaining unused credits. Will my credits be returned if a video fails to generate?
You will not be charged if a technical or network issue prevents your video from being generated. Any credits deducted for that failed task will be returned. Credits are not refundable when a video is generated successfully but the prompt or result does not meet your expectations. If a failed task was charged incorrectly, email [email protected] with the task details.
